Tanner, flushing even more red (if possible) at the nymph's advances, stammers out, "I-I-I'm not sure what it is that you m-m-m-m-mean, fair damsel. If you have in-in-information on our friend, I'm sure that w-w-we would be more than hap-happy to repay you!"

"Aye, I know where you friend is." she said mysteriously. "A little farther away from here is a cave well hidden between trees and bushes? It's there that you will find him". With a graceful finger, she pointed to the direction of the alleged cave.

"Is he in the cave, or in the general vicinity of said cave?"  Gund asks suspiciously.

"If she's a prisoner, then I believe he's inside" she rolled her eyes and the dwarf.

"Thank you for your help, kind lady." Tanner says, still flushing, but regaining his composure a little bit. "You may have saved a life this day."

"I shall lead you to it." she offered. "the way to it is protected and quite well hidden"

After quickly making sure his gear is in order, Ismark address the Nymph

“How much do you know of those foul hags?, the one we slew had a debilitating affect on one’s strength.” He glances at Gund. “It would be helpful to know all we can of them and there abilities before confronting them again.”

Vic was checking his weapons, then considered what she said.

"Wait... protected by what?" he asked.

"Magical traps" the nymph replied absentmindedly.

"Wait....who said anything about Kyme being held captive?" Gund says warily. He takes a few steps back from the creature and glances all around. "I don't remember any of us telling you that."

"Wait....who said anything about Kyme being held captive?"  Gund says warily.  He takes a few steps back from the creature and glances all around.  "I don't remember any of us telling you that."

"Do you think this is the first time those hags captured some naive fools? she asked Gund mockingly.

"I do not have to explain myself but know this dwarf, " she snarled viciously. "Whether you believe me or not, your friend was dragged into that cave and if you keep on chatting like idiots, he will die." For a moment, she appeared cruelly disfigured to the dwaft - her face didn't physically change, she just seemed more evil and cold. No one else noticed it except Gund.

DM: everyone's sense motive rolls tell you that she's not lying. If the cleric is still trying to figure out whether she's an illusion, he's now convinced that it isn't so.

As they head out Ismark address the Nymph

“It would seem that you’ve perhaps have had your own encounters with these hags since you are showing us to this cave and getting us past the traps to save Kyme, I’m curious to know if that’s where your aid ends?” Ismark says casually.

“You obviously know more of those hags than we do. Can we expect you to aid us in confronting them or perhaps you could help in a diversion of sorts.”

rubbing his wounded shoulder “Though weaken, I only suffered a minor injury, I have not healed my owns wounds suspecting that Kyme may have sustained harsher wounds of his own. Bless by the “Shining One” I am but my spells are limited. Is it within your ability to aid us with spells to confront the evil we are about to face?”
