That way you always have nice cold water. Our tap water has a nasty taste to it, so we just buy jugs of filtered water anyway. 35 minutes ago, Skiesclear said: ^^^ This :) My husband resembles that ven diagram. 4
Mad Jack
I always wear jeans, workboots, and a black or dark-colored t-shirt to work, and sometimes a longsleeve denim workshirt over it during the winter. Out of work, the boots sometimes get exchanged for comfortable hiking boots. At home, I generally wear just a t-shirt and sleep pants, with cut-off sleep pants for the summer. Even during the summer I rarely wear shorts unless it's brutally hot - my legs don't tan due to extensive scarring from something that happened when I was younger and to this day I still only have a few random patches of hair on them. Jack, on the other hand, is a hat so he's usually naked most of the time. 7 hours ago, redambrosia said: We got Persephone a swimsuit and some floaties. We’re gonna toss her in and see how it goes. Sat-Sun, July 11-12: Any fun plans this weekend (share pics if appropriate)? Given that a typical day is a work day I usually wear work level clothes, which is to say t-shirt and jeans. I work Sunday. Yay.

No plans, that way no one can start throwing around words like 'premeditated'. 4

Is there a difference in a Polo Shirt and a Golf Shirt ? I need to know. For the longest while I have thought that the sports equipment I lacked to go with my wardrobe was clubs but perhaps I need a string of ponies instead… Quote No plans, that way no one can start throwing around words like 'premeditated'. So. Much. This. Also, failed plans can lead to disappointment or sadness. And we would not want that. The figure painting club had a plan. (There's that word again.) The plan was this: Have both a virtual meeting and an in-person meeting simultaneously. A small number of members would meet outdoors, under a shaded carport, in July heat, seating at six foot intervals, and wearing masks. One of the physically present members would activate a Skype call and virtual attendees would participate through that. The Skype call relied on a hand-held device under the carport. (All these technological leaps and bounds were being attempted by, at best, a bunch of boomers.) { { Long pause ^ while you think about all the things that could go wrong. } } Thankfully, I have no pix to share. I'm apparently going to have a migraine most of the weekend. Our tap water is nasty. It's more or less the community pool & we don't have a pool (anymore)! Style: T-shirt, jeans, work boots for work T-shirt, cargo shorts & most of the time sandals for every day. Colder temps replace the shorts for pants & cross-training style sneakers. Plans: Well for one thing, no pants or work boots for a week!!! Actually got vacation time this time! Fun plans, I don't know if they are fun but I'm gonna work on getting the hobby room cleaned up & organized. Also, finally going to get my Ender 3 working again (something I've put off waaaaay too long). Fun plans, I need to gather up things for Monday night's Eberron AL game.
redambrosia
Welp, fun was had at the beach. But I didn’t take any pictures, because I was too busy doing fun. My shoulders and forehead are sunburned though.

This weekend is pretty mellow.. the prevous few have been crazy so lets hope it sticks to the plan. Biggest plan is trying to finish the kintsugi repair of my favorite coffee cup whose crash a few weeks ago started this insanity. Its really very symbolic for me now. 9

BadgersinMeadows
Nothing much, plan for what remains is to study for an hour or two and hopefully paint. Fun part was downing one and a half bottles of coffee yesterday and two bottles of coffee today... I do like coffee. If only they weren't $6 each. This weekend is the usual assortment of chores, CPA study time, some Civ 6, and D&D.
