Yeah.  It’s a little strange since you can go to the Reaper Store and see the same pics.  It’s all about the forum bylaws.

You can link Nude minis through another host like Postimg, Imgur, photobucket etc, most are free to use.

Putting them in spoilers is maybe not enough, not sure about that.

Well, its ether spoiler and a nudity warning, or I just wont post at all.

  I am already jumping through few hoops here.  :)

I am not, hosting files just to post a picture.  lolz

What is also strange is that its ok to see models of demons and vampires, undead, but not of a boob. 

  Its akin to: Damn, poor classical art! cant go to museum before you are 18, but feel free to watch walking dead seasons at any age.

Yeah, kinda strange, but it's Reaper's Forum and their rules.

So we have little choice.

I use Postimg. it's free, simple and by now I'm used to it.

I only use it for stuff that needs to be linked like nudity or if I want to show a picture when I send someone a PM.

While I am not in the least offended by nipple-less Dryad tatas, these are the rules that were put in place. Part of being in a community, and civilized society in general, is respectfully abiding by standards set forth, even if you personally do not agree with them. You can of course petition Reaper to readdress this stance, but at the end of the day it is what it is, as it stands today.

 

It is obviously your choice if you want to comply or simply not post, but I don't feel Reaper is asking too much. The request to link is a reasonable compromise of presenting art while attempting to appease the more prudish (or those with youngins) among our ranks. There are multiple options for image sharing/linking today, including but not limited to Instagram, Google Photos, Imgur, etc.

It funny to me.

On forums there are demons, orks with bloody axes, zombies with guts hanging out.  I am sorry for assuming that this forum is not for little kids...

  maybe this is that kind of a forum, my mistake.

 

For future, I'll just keep partially clothed sculpted models to dakkadakka then.

The rule isn't for children's sake. It is for work place sanctity. The idea that spending time on the forum rather than doing the work being paid for doesn't enter the though process, if any, behind The Rule.

 

I might reopen my membership at DakkaDakka.
