Some work on the Dutch tonight, PTRLs and C&Vs

Had a problem with the wash I put on them last night, so had to re do the base coat.

Tried a different wash, seen on one of the C&Vs, so need to try something else...

Still working on Fuzzy's boys, Clear coat and black wash, clear coat and a dry brush of Tamiya Khaki Drab, Then a dry brush of Tamiya Khaki.

Gloss Coat on the lower hulls for decals tomorrow...

Does anyone know how the Dutch number system works for the Decals?

I found some pics, but never of a platoon to tell how the KZ or KY or KU system works...

Almost done with the PTRLs

Decals are on, after looking at lots of images to see where they go, Then an airbrush weathering with Tamiya XF-57 Buff, then lights...

The PTRL AA guns are finished, 

 

The M113 C&V as well, except for the TC...

 

And a Platoon and Co Commander of infantry got their rides started...

I'm looking forward to see the army displayed in terrain when done.

Drive at least one of the tanks through a billboard or something..just for fun.

More work on the Dutch tonight...

All vehicles got their airbrush 'dusting' with Vallejo Iraqi Sand... And 4 sets of Beret clad crew sprues got primed and base coated...

(The other crew guys helmets look too 'Pact' to me...

So the Dutch got some detail work done...

Headlights, periscopes etc...These guys are just about done... I just got some 'Fuel Stains' weathering enamels from the un-nameable company last week, and wonder if anyone has some tips on how to use it.... Haven't used enamels in years, and have never mixed them with acrylics...

That Horse Unit is made up of reservists who are called upon for ceremonial events where horses are required.
