Flat on the plate will give you issues every time. Have you tried it at 45, then auto-support? When I have printed bases not at 90 degrees, I use this & it prints out pretty well. It doesn't compare to 90, but it's something to rely on for myself. I haven't tried the 90 on the Mighty, as I don't think the beige setting for it in CHITU will work & I don't want to find out either. Mini, custom setting - perfect (well minus, a slight scrape to rid myself of support junk) every time.

I also hate sanding, scraping the nibs off the bottom from support removal + I don't waste allot of resin on un-needed supports by doing the 90 degree angle.

I treated myself to the Labyrinth Tribe this month and took advantage of the discount.

My Tomb Kings need Romans and Greeks to fight them ( or join them in Unlife) and I love the Aztecs and the Zule/Ape Warriors for my other projects.

35 degrees angle with supports.

25 and 50mm go well.

Larger bases tend to warp at the corners.

I have printed one this week and use clamps to hold it while it cures.

I was wondering if there's a better way.

I print resin at 0,05mm layers

Using a print angle calculator may help, also add more supports to areas that may sag, especially by the corners. https://www.rc87.blog/angle-calculator/

The Warping usually happens after printing.

During curing.

I now hold the corners down with rubber bands and clamps to prevent it,

Just wondering if there's an issue with the way I print.

I now have 50mm Greek bases, CastNPlay, angled, presupported and added extra supports.

Printed fine, now curing while clamped.

I find that curing in water often seems to decrease the warping (I have an old pickle jar  2/3 full of water I put my prints in  to cure them, most of the time). Doing something to clamp them in shape is an interesting idea.  Possibly cutting in shorter increments (30 seconds initially, then the rest of the cure time) can make a difference, too.

Rarrrr! We're MONSTERS!

The tablets are having problems posting images since their last update. <_<

The Auld Grump

He painted them up.

They are NOT adorable, and they all need to DIE! :zombie:

The really, REALLY aren't as cute as I expected.

And he made their little hats blood red and DRIPPY. Like redcaps.

And they have hooks.

In the cops game they were stealing and eating babies.

We didn't save all of the babies.

I got this one too. I seem to get RNES allot. I also got 2nd Dynasty as well. It's been quite awhile since I've picked up files from them. I got the shuttle that is homage to the Mil-Falc a couple of years ago.

Gah.

One Page Rules.

On our MMF library.

Counting ARMIES.

Not figures.

ARMIES.

Wubble, wubble, wubble. :;,;:

They have a crowdfunder running.

We already have one of the armies from that.

And part of the other.

We don't need another army.

B-b-but pretty.
