Stumbled across this and thought it might be of interest to some folks here.  Be a different way of putting together woods and stuff for traditional wargaming.

Pretty much the entire 'leader' page is GIFs so I'm not going to try and copy it over to here.

That is a lot of work to get a map put together....  not to mention the legal issues for the company if a kid or pet eats a few of the magnets.  I'm out.

They're  1.5" across the flat, so that's the smallest dimension.  While it may be possible for someone to swallow one it seems pretty unlikely.

I would guess the concern involves the possibility of the magnets falling out of the tiles and being swallowed rather than the tiles themselves being swallowed.

Hello,

I stumbled upon this thread and wanted to chime in. My name is Corey and I am one of the creators of Terragon Terrain.

I would happily answer any questions you all may have!

Regarding the issue about choking. First of all Terragons are not marketed as toys. However they are also large enough to not be considered a chocking hazard on their own. The concern with any magnetic product is of course the magnets which can prove quite dangerous for young and small children. While Terragons aren't branded as toys we are concerned with not only safety and quality of product. One of our key requirements of our stateside injection molding partners is that these tiles be nearly impossible to break apart. Not only for a longer lasting product, but for safety.

Building with terragons is quick and easy. They snap together quite easily and are quickly broken down. I highly recommend you check out our reviews on youtube. The most recent being Rybonators.

As I said please ask me any questions you may have. I am currently trying to get my account set up but the authenticator is clearly broken because the answers are correct but it says they are not!

  • Thanks 1
