Yeah I am curious about these.  I will be interested to see the cost but some nice reference material would be handy

I like the idea and I like books.  I have one of their books, and while I'm not as down on it as Heisler I did think it was somewhat mediocre.

Yes, and every time I watch one, I get distracted by the list of suggested videos...

Also, it's possible that I learn better from written material than from videos.

Books definitely have that benefit of being somewhat easier for me to get lost in, and fully focus on them...

I dunno, "scenearies" has me a little worried about the English translation and/or copy editing. Not sure how useful it will be with no scale75 paint in my stash. People who say they have some  books of theirs - @Heisler, @Auberon  is it just promoting their products? How is the language?

If you are asking if they shamelessly promote their own product, then yes.  They paint their figures with their paints.  I guess how much of an issue this will be depends on if you want recipes to follow as written or if you can extrapolate the colors they are using to your own collection.  I would have to reread it to see how the language was, but I don't recall it as broken English.

If you want shameless blagging of products and poor demonstration of actual techniques, just check out the DVDs on painting realistic fire by a certain well-known paint artist that shows up in some car programs.

I expect that compared to that, these books will be a joy to read.

Based on the the titles on the spines, I'm intrigued.  All depends on the price point.

The price is one factor as they can get expensive fast once shipping is included.

Seeing the main banner, I'm curious about what translations will be available.

Search for 'true fire dvd' on the river site,

The artist often did art on cars in the 'Overhaulin' show on TV, and then usually his very realistic flames. He's very good at explaining that he uses an Iwata airbrush, but not much else.

      Story
In the depths of Agaldurs Keep, where the deep roots of the ancient Dwarven king's mines break into the natural homeland of the Gnomes, the magicks of the Darkewood begin to take hold. In the years after the Dwarves had left these lands the Gnomes took up residence in the lower sections of the Keep finding it infinitely more comfortable than their underground holes. Moving here exposed the Gnomes to new creatures, new tools and of course the magick that weaves through the Darkewood. Over time Gnomish society changed and began revolving around frogs and fairies instead of just dirt.
More Gnomes? is this just an excuse for Bad puns?
No of course not,  but when opportunity knocks it would be rude not to open the door eh?  We originally launched the 'Gnome More MR. Nice Guys' miniatures in 2018 and had always hoped to explore deeper into the history of these strange creatures. Where did they come from, What are they wearing and Why do they get so angry?  With your help in funding this project not only will we be able to answer some of these burning questions but we will also be able to bring a whole heap of brand new Northumbrian Tin Minis into production for general release next year.
We spent a fair amount of time considering how these gnomes fit into the world along with the rest of the Nightfolk and the Denizens of the Wood and so to help you bring a little bit more of that world to life they also come equipped with a small free digital adventure. Rumor has it that our author Ken became so engaged with the characters and lore that he built a whole campaign around it, which he may or may not have committed to paper - we shall have to see!
We have 8 Gnomes and 5 Toads as well as an epic Toad mounted Deathstealer, Several stretch goals which include Additional free Minis!
What do you get out of this? Well, you can get all of those fantastic miniatures we just mentioned and some addons with a fantastic discount on the usual retail price and perhaps bag yourself some free stretch goals on top!  You also get to lend us a hand in shaping these characters and the lore that surrounds them.

Throughout the land, small shadowy figures are reported, often just glimpsed out of the corner of the eye.  They go hither, they go thither! They are abroad on unnamed errands and secret quests.  It can only be...
The Classic Cloaked Halfling Adventuring Party!
A Set of 10 Classic Cloaked Halfling Adventurers for all of your Fantasy Adventures.
Welcome to our latest Kickstarter Project, which we are running as a quick campaign, of just over a week.   Our plans for the year, like so many other peoples, have been knocked sideways and we are behind where we planned to be.   To that end, we intend to run this campaign for just over a week, and get the miniatures sent out to backers before the end of the year.
The classic cloaked halflings project came about because the few halflings we did have with cloaks, always proved popular, and it remains a classic look.  So here we have male and female cloaked halfling with a variety of adventuring gear.

Now hurry up, you only have 7 days on this one because they hope to get the minis out the door in time for Christmas.
