Colour changing skin. Tattoos would be really banal and probably TMI for anyone seeing them.

Neither. Nobody needs to know what I really did yesterday. :ph34r: I guess it depends on what colour low grade annoyance is. That's my standard emotion most of the time. Mostly I prefer it if people don't know what I'm thinking or feeling. Keeps me on friendly terms with everyone except the few that are so dense or rude that they've already triggered me.

Definitely the tattoo thing. First, I have to keep my cool at work sometimes even when I may be enraged on the inside. That could make things difficult. Second, the tattoo thing could be fun. Imagine you're having a meeting with some folks you don't like, the day before do something gross like maybe butchering a hog or mucking out the compost pile. Could be deceptive too. For instance let's say you're a single guy, I'm not, but this is all hypothetical anyways, and you've got a date with a girl you're trying to impress. So the day before you get a buddy to stage you saving his life or something. "Oh that scene moving around on me, just something that happened yesterday. But let's talk about you." Or maybe you've got to go to court so the night before you go out and volunteer at an animal shelter or something to make the jury see you as a redeemable character. The possibilities are endless. And for those days where it's just going to show you doing housework? Well, as someone with quite a few regrettable tattoos from long ago can tell you, that's what concealing clothing is for.

No one want to see tattoos of my colonoscopy!

 

So of the two options, the emotional color change is the reasonable choice. Granted, people will keep asking if I'm dead, but it beats the alternative.

Tattoos would depend on where they show, so odds are I'd go with the colour changing skin. 

 

Some would probably go nuts around me though, because yeaaaaaah, if colour intensity happens to also change depending on the intensity of your mood, well... Most mobile DJs wouldn't need a light rig any more, they'd just hire me... Or Pezler. ::P:

The tattoos wouldn't be practical because I prefer to wear long sleeves and jeans. It'd neither benefit good deeds nor shame me for evil ones. So I'd have to go with the color changing skin. Mostly it'd be changing to show people when to back off (progressively shades of red from annoyed until we reach full out wrath, for example). I'd also like it to give off more of an aura as it gets stronger, like in Dragon Ball Z.

 

Now, color changing tattoos to show emotion, that's a whole 'nother thing... I'm not a tattooer, but I could probably go for that.

Tats would be cool in that you wouldn't need a picture to show the mini you've been painting.....but I'd probably be getting cease and desist orders from Disney. "His tattoos are currently showing season 3 of Star Wars Rebels"

Colour changing skin would be ok, since I doubt it would change much oh, about 98% of the time, and when it did, well, "They wouldn't want to see me when I'm angry"...

The color changing skin, it would be a good safety indicator/deterrent for people.

It'd be just a little difficult to plead innocence with a scene of me dragging what looks like a body through the woods playing out on my forehead.::P:
