Moderator Chaoswolf Posted February 21, 2021 Author Moderator Share Posted February 21, 2021 (edited) I'm pretty certain the lady werewolves are actually from CMON's Wrath of kings game. Check out the 'Goritsi' faction. Edited February 21, 2021 by Chaoswolf

The wolf ladies are from CMON's Wrath of Kings: House Goritsi. Seems that CMON has dropped all support for the game and some of them are becoming pretty hard to find. They're pretty cool sculpts and I've picked a few up here and there for D&D purposes. And for great prices, but there's a lot of sets that were produced later in smaller quantities that are just completely off the market. Real sour about it as there was a set with half-a-dozen lobster-men that would have been perfect for D&D Aldani. Nowhere to be found.
MoonglowMinis
Here's what I took from the Chaoswolf box last week. MORE BELOW SPOILER: Spoiler First thing that caught my attention were these cool bases. They appear to be homemade and casted. I am impressed by the quality and kind of want to look into making molds of them myself. If anyone knows where these came from I'd love to know more. I also picked up what was left of the flight stands. I've never used them before but have several models that could use them. Especially some swimmy pals who currently appear to be beached. Next we have a couple of cool pirate ladies. Capt Fairweather and the old Pirate Sophie. Anyone who has seen my series about building a pirate ship would know that I have a soft spot of piratical minis. Happy to add these two to the crew. Stumbled upon two hags as well. This Nolzur's Night Hag, and the Bones sea hag. Both welcome additions since I had neither. I took a group of four Hobgoblins. I already have these four but love the design and am happy to have the duplicates to fill out their numbers. Similarly, I took these Nolzur's bugbears. I believe I have one of them somewhere in my collection, but in general needed more. Also took a duplicate of this pathfinder Iconic from Bones 4. He's got a great desert-vibe and I could see them as a pair of assassins or guards. Took this duo from Dungeons and Doggies. They were too cute to pass up. The Cattle Dog Ranger will likely find a spot in my Rangers of Shadow Deep game as some variation of the Hound. The corgi I don't know what to do with but I felt bad abandoning him. He might make a good gift for someone. Speaking of dogs, I took this sweet Winter Wolf. I missed out on the Giants in Bones 4 but have since started tracking them all down. Unfortunately the Frost Giant Ranger does not come with the Winter Wolf in retail. Now she is complete! Grabbed a duplicate of these Shrieking Fungi figuring that 6 were better than 3. And Also took this cool Mimic from a company I hadn't heard of! And finally I took some d6s with lovely adult language on the reverse side. As well as a sculpting took that will hopefully help make my tiptoe into green stuff a little less painful. I had a great time looking through all of the options packed into this box and am happy I finally got to participate. I had heard about the BoGW for awhile before I ever joined the forums and was excited to get involved. I admittedly took more out than I put in, but the box is fit to bursting and it seemed like it needed to be lightened. Hopefully my additions will be eagerly scooped up by someone else down the line!

They look a bit on the homemade side because they are from one of their "Bag o Crap" offerings. Basically whenever they have a slightly miscast base they don't want to sell they'll throw it in a bag of other random miscasts and sell it for a seriously reduced price. I picked up a gallon bag of them last year and figured a random handful of them in there would make someone happy. 6

Yeah, I had already painted two of those sets in red and purple, and then two wizkids myconid sets, and now I'm working on the bones 4 sets, so I decided they needed a new home. And they found one fast! :) 5 hours ago, MoonglowMinis said: Yes! I got the shell crackers crab men on clearance for my pirate campaign, but there was a duo that I saw that I'm not even sure made it to release, a man in a shark suit and a mermaid that I would've loved to get
PhantomAsh
Box has safely arrived in Canada :) I'll crack it open and then message the next person. I should be able to have it out by the end of the week.
slimninj4
These boxes are really packed. So many nice things to choose. The box left again packed. Spoiler Here is a more detailed list. I picked some dice. This box has a set for each person. Thanks. There was another big bag of misc dice and I got the mini ones. Three hero clicks or something like that. The bases had numbers for a game. I thought the figures looked pretty cool and stylized. The dark gray is a Dust tactics game, Sniper lady. Cool. Random figures. Left is a metal little guy in armor. A bones knight, 2 bones minituars, wiz kid zombie, and a halfling or elf paladin. Here is a tank. Maybe to a game. It is a softer plastic than bones so will see how it takes paint. On the left is a 3d print of a froglike creature on a rock, then a 3d print plague doctor. Bases: And finally 2 metal metal from Horde game. I actually bought the blue paint set a couple weeks ago and was going to get a few of these to paint up. Win.
