Knocked out a couple more guys this evening:

Not as sharp as I'd like, but it's really small.

Don't know what is going on with the "head" here.

And that terrain I finished up the other night:

Thanks.  It's mostly drybrush and washes, but it works pretty well on large scale texture like that.

I'm probably going to go over the robots again tonight. Not happy with the level of contrast and details, etc.  I want  smoother looking surfaces on them.

Today was productive. I sat during our online rpg and did more base coating and lining of terrain pieces.  Nice repetitive work in single colors.  Every drop in the bucket counts.

Yup. I have a pretty laid back group, we talk and socialize a lot.  There's lots of discussion about our next action, and I can sit here and listen or talk while doing basic painting.   Sometimes when we game in person I take a few small figures, like goblins or mouslings, a couple of paints, and do speedpaints while waiting for everyone to show up, or sit down, or for the pizza to arrive, or whatever.  And then it sits on my paint table for a year until I finish it, lol.

These are the figures I pulled out to work on this month.  I found myself working with a lot of brown and gold, especially after I pulled out the terrain pieces.

I'm trying to match the piece in the back that I did 2(??) years ago, but I don't remember what paints I used.

Tried some washes and drybrushing on the piece on the left, but haven't found the formula yet.

I did find a rather obvious mold line. 😞

I spent 2 hours today just cleaning mold lines. Mostly off the owlbear, but there were a couple others.  Spent about another hour going back and forth to the garage doing finish coats on a handful of figures from last year, and getting primer on another handful that were already washed.  Finally, did a little more drybrushing on one of those walls I've been working on, and started getting a base coat on a few "wall of vines" pieces I assembled last spring.   Not much to show for it, but keeping stuff moving in the pipeline.

Very nice. I like the hair and smoke effect on the first dude.  Lizard looks good, too.

Yesterday was a migraine day, didn't get much done.  Today was bbq day, I smoked 4.5lbs of pork shoulder and 2 chickens.  Got a little painting time in, brushed up some more vines:
