I made my walls of thorns into Darkroot vines for the game Rangers of Shadow Deep

Ooh!  I like your idea of dividing them up and rebasing. They look much more alive and agile.

I was also thinking of placing one, or two smaller ones, in a terrainscapes doorway. The party would have to fight the darkroots to pass through the door

I primed my first minis in at least a year the other day. Tomorrow I have the day off of work and will be seeing the D&D movie in the evening.   The plan is to spend the day painting.  We will see how this goes.  I know my skills will be super rusty but I am gonna power through.

Love the little scene with the vines, @buckyball  The dark wash makes them look ominous.

Have fun painting @Hibou.  I've heard the movie is fun, but not had a chance to see it.

I haven't painted anything all month. Taking the weekend off with DH and taking a little road trip into wine country.

After a couple days off I am back to painting. Worked on the archer and an axe wielding guy this morning. Both are nearly done, need to dig out a shiny silver paint to finish the latter.

Weather is warming up, I'll be spending a lot of energy in the yard and garden.
