Orsino
That's gotta be Rod Steiger's Napoleon in Waterloo, but you've omitted a clue. IMDb says the actual line is: "Has Wellington nothing to offer me but these Amazons?" Okay, next one: "Do it in the suit."
Dragon Snack
I'll guess The Right Stuff. It has to be an astronaut movie where someone has to go to the bathroom. IIRC, it (or something similar) actually happened...
Orsino
That's the one! And yeah, it actually happened. Al Shepard, America's first man in space, spent so long on the pad that a design flaw--or gap--was revealed. In a fifteen-minute suborbital flight he was never supposed to need plumbing, but several long holds delayed the launch for hours. While NASA worried about the build-up in pressure in the hydrogen tanks, a more urgent personal crisis developed. The solution was uncomfortable and inelegant, but it got the job done. :-) It was so completely at odds with the heroic image the government and media promoted for the Mercury astronauts that we didn't learn of the tale for many years. The book is even more hilarious than the movie. Wolfe is at his best when skewering hypocrisy, especially in journalism. It's Mr. Snack's turn to pose a quote. Dragon Snack
Opps, forgot I answered... Here's a new quote: "What are you two rookies gonna have? " "Rookies? Now hold on, sis. You are looking at a whole new ballgame here now. In fact, in a couple of years, I bet you're even gonna immortalize us by putting our pictures up there on your wall." BunnyPuncher
Yeah but it is from the same movie Nurse Murch (sp) was awe inspiringly ugly in that flick :)

Spartan6
The alledged utterer of that first line was Pancho Barnes. Owner/Operator of the Happy Bottom Riding Club. True stuff.

Bloodstone
Damn it, I just came here for the chicks! Now you expect me to work? Very well: "Mother is the name for God on the lips and hearts of all children. "
Heisler
Tough one since that is a relatively famous literary quote as well. But, I think I heard it in The Crow.
