See you in September

Tomorrow morning my family and I are leaving for Hawaii, specifically Maui. We'll be gone for two weeks, returning home at approximately 2 in the morning, EST, on September 3rd. We've got helicopter tours, snorkeling trips, and luaus planned, and I intend at some point during the two weeks to attempt to parasail. Should be interesting. Plus there were some tiger shark sightings off Maui earlier in the summer, which led to the wholesale consumption of Peter Benchley's literature by myself. It hasn't been seen since early July, so maybe it's left.

Here's hoping nothing stings me (I was stung by a jellyfish in the Bahamas) or bites off my painting hand.

Hey man...have a blast, and if you haven't left yet.

Remember that waves come in pairs and trip's...

This is especially important if you go surfing or body surfing...

Cause if you catch the first one, the second and third will drag you back out...I'll tell y'all that story another time..

Safe journey!!

I like to swim with the dolphins and sharks off the coast of North Carolina (we usuall go end of september beginning of october)

Generally they all leave you alone unless you are wearing a bathing suit made out of sirloins. (I don't recommend any clothing made from meat, BTW)

Bring back lots of pictures to share with the forums!
