Half way through the month! Got any half finished projects?

I've done a lot of mini paintings. Like landscapes not minis, though I've done a little of that as well. The half of the project I need to do/figure out is how to make frames for said paintings.

Do you wake up at the same time on weekends as you do during the work week?

Now that I don't wake at 4:45am during the week, yes because the 10yr old awaken and nothing can sleep through that except a teenager

June 13,

Is there an out of date mini that you particularly enjoy? have you got pictures?

My dad has this skeleton pizza man from the early 80s that he painted. Here is a pic I found on the webs. Seems it was a grenedier.

Tell us something interesting about where you live. Town, city, county, state or country be as specific as you'd like.

I only recently moved to the city I currently live in, so I'm slowly learning what it has to offer.

The area is famous for the large lake on one side, and fjords on the other end (the most southerly fjords in the northern hemisphere). The traditional industries are forestry and the big aluminum smelter. The most common family name in the province is "Tremblay" (slightly above 1% of the total population), but 30% of them live here.

I live in the only *official* French speaking province in Canada.

I live in the only officially bilingual province in Canada.  I've only been in my city for almost 2 year, but 16 months of that has been during Covid, so I know less about the place than I probably should.

Pre-last year there was a booming cruise ship destination business here. Last year was supposed to set records, but then you know....instead last weekend I got to run in a auto slalom next to the completely unused docks for the cruise ships....

This city is known for it's fog, which I don't mind at all.  The place an hour north of here will be 33C with a humidex in the 40s and we'll be 21C.  As I'm not fond of hot weather that works out well.  We also tend to get more mild winters.

And we're only about an hour from the US border, which might matter if it ever opens up again....

Well I live there!

And...Wait, Hold on...This is a ruse to discover the whereabouts of WOOF HQ isn't it?

<insert maniacal laugh>

Pretty much all my projects are in that state.  I ended up in the hospital and on bed rest for about 10 days a couple weeks ago, so ALL my projects suffered and got pushed back.  Current list of 1/2 done projects that need finishing ASAP:

- Printing and fixes for Dark Sword, et. al.
- Fixes and reprint on some of the drakes for casting
- Sculpting of the wings to make the drakes into dragons

- New sculpting project for Dark Sword
- Sculpting project for Dragon Bait
- My son's and his fiancé's wedding rings (wedding is on July 30)

- Prep for the adventure I am running for my son's bachelor's party
- 2 paintings for the Reaper Open at ReaperCon
- 3 new handout instruction sheets for my 3 new classes at ReaperCon

I'm feeling very, VERY behind right now.

We (MN) have 90,000 miles of shoreline, more than California, Florida, and Hawaii combined.

Our new area is very pretty, at the tip of the Ozarks, so beautiful rolling hills and lakes. Where we just moved from was the site of some of the most violent gang warfare of the Prohibition Age, called "Bloody Williamson", the county saw bootleggers using armored cars and even throwing grenades and bombs from airplanes.

I live in the Mohawk Valley, smack dab in the middle of what would've been the seat of "American" democracy (the Iroquois Confederacy) if it hadn't been invaded by Europe. My particular city is De-O-Wain-Sta, or 'the carrying place'. Portage between two rivers that connect the Great Lakes to the Hudson (thus Hudson Bay/NY Bay to the Lakes). Huge strategic importance, historically. Now absolutely nothing at all.
