Sure, a single pair can cost as much as a dozen value pack socks, but they really do live up to their reputation. The only reason I bought two extra pairs last spring was that I forgot to pack any socks last time I traveled for 12 days.

My black leather motorcycle jacket. I'll dig out some pics later. I've had it for 30+ years now, it's been bled on, had alcohol spilled on it, been run over, been on fire, and been all around the world. There are A LOT of stories around that jacket; people recognize and remember that jacket. 8

I have this nice black rayon dress with a cherry print. Share something you created/baked/cooked/painted/built/made [last] weekend. There was an attempt at a breakfast taco. Once again I have survived my own cooking. It consisted of two eggs, some bacon strips, and some shredded cheese, all folded in a flour tortilla. No picture was taken …sorry… didn’t check this thread beforehand. 6 hours ago, Glitterwolf said: QUESTION JULY 12th. What's [your] favorite piece of clothing? I’m hatless. Pattern doesn't show in the pic. Finding red snakeskin shoes to go with it was nice, too (I had already taken off the matching bow tie, it was too hot in the gallery). 8

An old comfortable pair of PJ's with little polar bears drinking from a beer stein all over them. Actually my second pair of them. The first ones were made from a cheaper material and wore out pretty quick. I was a little bummed about that so my sister tracked down the pattern, ordered some cloth (fleece this time), and sewed me up another pair. 5

It's this blue/white/other shades of blue...shirt. It's kind of hard to explain. I'll update this later with a picture. But it's my favorite. The picture of it is going to be the second one I've owned. The first one was falling apart beyond repair and I liked the shirt so much I hunted it down on a secondhand thrift shop site. It shows off my back tattoos nicely and is comfortable. Edited July 12, 2021 by SparrowMarie 7

One could argue that keeping up on the latest fashion trends and building a wardrobe that is based on classic style but also contains nods to aforementioned trends doesn't make one a fashionista, merely sartorially savvy ;) 5
