IIRC Flickr is still free for up to 1000 stored photos.  They push themselves as an "art photography" site and desperately want you to upgrade to "pro", but tasteful nudity is allowed.  I use it for my NSFW shots without any problems.

Going to second Flickr. 1000 images is a lot if you're not literally throwing up every WIP photo you take.

I used to use Imgur, but I had to quit after I posted some landscape pictures to my neighborhood facebook group and had several people message me about what a "horrible person I was promoting that kind of garbage".  Turns out, when viewed on a mobile browser, they put 'suggested' pictures at the end of your gallery after a small break, (Taken from popular images and supposedly filtered with an algorithm for the viewer, not the content of the gallery) and the 'suggested images' for people who had no preference data were very political and very charged, and the break between my images and the suggested images was very small, so people who weren't familiar with the platform thought they were a continuation of my images.

I decided I couldn't keep using a site that would tag on such unrelated content that I had no control over.
