I'm going to go with breaking three ribs, since it's had the most effect afterwards... And they didn't break until two weeks or so AFTER I fell in a weird way. Something like six weeks of being unable to do pretty much anything without an insane amount of pain, and it took over three weeks to be able to walk down the block without being winded....

Not actually sure on this one In terms of what I can remember, concussion, sprained ankle or the 1" gash down the centre of my left palm would be the top of the list So nothing too serious

Jasper_the_2nd
I was pleasantly surprised by how minor the major injuries for all you forumites were. Apparently I spend too much time with motorcycle racers, who generally categorize their injuries using a scale something like this: Major injury: heart stopped at least once Moderate: a life flight was involved Minor: an ambulance was involved Fine: was able to be driven to the hospital on their own/with friends/family None of that is in purple. A recent example was one of the younger guys managed to crash on the front straight, with a highside INTO the concrete wall. His FB post was that he was fine. He had fractured ribs, at least one fractured vertebrae, a lung hematoma and a moderate concussion. 6

I haven't had any particularly serious injuries, but the worst is probably breaking my front tooth in first grade. The tooth because it hurt, it cost money then, and it's going to keep costing money for the rest of my life.

It wouldn’t surprise me that we are a somewhat more staid group than motorcycle racers. By that scale, nothing’s ever gotten above minor in my life. (Although the aforementioned bike accident did involve an ambulance ride; that was the first thing I remembered afterward.)

I think he's on my painting desk somewhere.

Just thinking if it gets Plastic Wrap sails and monofilament lines.
Loim
My favorite miniature is Handy Havrik Master Guildsman. It is a Red Box mini that unfortunately has been oop for a while. I bought 3 or 4 copies of it just because. I don't have any decent pics at the moment.

If I had to chose, my favorite mini I've painted would probably, at least today, limited time only, be my Khanjira, still really happy with that, especially as it was a size 0 one week challenge. In my collection? Ummm, something big and stompy like the Legion AT-STs, or the Panzermechs from West Wind. Oh, I know, the 28mm Dictator from Talon Games.... At least for today.... But I want to give an answer, so I'll make a snap judgement with the first ones that pop into my head. Has to be either "Sered, Templar Commander" or "Kyrus the Sombre" from old Rackham Confrontation line (stock photos, not my paint job). Love at first sight when I first saw these at the start of my collecting, it was as if the angels sang out and a ray of light appeared. Spent more money than I typically would acquiring them, but they had a power over me... as if they were... precioussss...
Thoramel
Just one? That's a tough call. I've got two on my work from home desk that always cheer me up a bit when I'm stuck inside doing paperwork instead of kicking around in a swamp somewhere. So I'll say it's a tossup between them. The one on the left is a happy little dwarf from Bears Head Minis and the one on the right is what I'm assuming is an Entling from one of the Reaper familiar packs. The dwarf is so excited to be out of his hole and in nature that he's stripped off his armor and is dancing about in his knickers. The Entling has his own little glen with a pretty little wetland. Neither of these are intended for gaming. Just fun little things that cheer me up. Of course, if you ask that question again tomorrow you may get a completely different answer.

An old Ral Partha Battletech Warhammer, the one that I truly treasure is a bust that @Glitterwolf did for me to mark our friendship. 9

I recognize that she’s not in a very active pose. I’ve got several of them painted at various times, and a handful of unpainted ones from eBay lots, since everyone had one BITD. Here’s one of them in her actual elf princess role, reviewing the troops before a mission: Another version (similar colors), is the lead singer in a bardic ensemble: It’s still not an action pose, but at least you can imagine that she’s focusing and taking a deep breath before looking up to launch into a song. That base sees action as a magic-user stand in occasional field battles, as here. Edited September 10, 2021 by Rob Dean
