Lessee... J's FAQ says they're going to use Longpack, a boardgame service in Shanghai China.

I checked Longpack's FB page, and it looks like they have a good resume of boardgames made, although I haven't kept up with boardgames lately.

@Irontotally bummed that you didn't make it.  I really liked all aspects of the KS.  It's hard to meet the demands of so many.  Also really difficult to follow so many strong mini campaigns (that's models, not effort).  The repetition in the types was totally good for me.

I hope you get it off the ground again.

Good luck! If you do, I'm in.

Yep. Next Level Miniatures just had their KS before this one, so took all the money. Perhaps Fantasy Series USA backers aren't funding KS until they get their mini's? EDIT: Adrift's comment is the same for me, too, and maybe that's also one of the reasons why Myth and Field didn't fund?

I'd say deal with the 1" base issue first, making the mini's compatible with Reaper Bones, WizKids, Fantasy Series 1 and 2, etc. I'm guessing J can still send updates in KS, so use the updates to communicate with existing backers.

just filled out the survey

Agree 100% about sticking with 25mm / 1” bases (and then 2”, 3” etc.) so you are compatable with D&D etc.

Also suggested that you drop all the non mini things (dice, adventures, etc) and stick to the minis. If you are going to do a minis KS, focus on the minis! All the other stuff is a distraction …

I’ve backed two of their KS in the past, and while the base issue isn’t a thing for me, I get that it is for others.

I check and see where each KS is being fulfilled from. Anything from China is an auto-reject for me at this point. Anything book-related I back as a PDF or digital reward as opposed to something physical that has to be shipped.
