Could be that they're asleep.

All day on the first day? That would indicate some spectacularly bad planning!

Well, they're awake now, and have reacted to some very valid questions/suggestions, so that's good.

Getting the funded in 30 minutes banner up a day too late, though - it's not like they should be surprised by the success! Their previous campaigns did reasonably well, and those didn't really fill a gigantic gap in the kind of miniatures people can get their hands on.

I’d love to back this but the dollar is continuing to weaken and the costs of shipping are getting exorbitant. I’m backing away from KS projects for the foreseeable future.

Shipping is free / included / hidden in the pledge. 😸

Yep -- I often see creators taken by surprise at their success!

€28k out of €50k for a free mini in each set!

Yesterday's update might be of interest to those who have Dwarven Forge furniture, as they say the seated miniatures fit that perfectly:

If anyone of y'all knows how DF furniture compares to terrain stuff from Reaper, Mantic or kits like 4Grounds, you could help them gauge if their scale is perfect as is, or whether a minor adjustment could make them compatible with more terrain lines.

How so? Over the last year, the US Dollar has continuously increased in value versus the Euro (especially lately).

Inflation is out of control here. The price of gas and everything else I’m having buy, like groceries, is skyrocketing. So what I meant wasn’t related to currency comparison inasmuch as it was about me saving my money for the stuff that are essentials. These are nice, but are not essentials for me.

The apparent lack of communications probably isn't helping get there. Their previous KS hat 45 updates even before funding completed, this one might not even hit 10. I mean, I can see why that is: they obviously had no real plan B in terms of what to push as updates if the campaign breezes through all the stretch goals early.

If they just posted some more sketches or sculpting first looks (both things they'll need anyways, and that I'm positive they're working on) every other day, I'm sure it'd carry the capaign well past that 50k finish line.

Should be easy to get the last 2k since it's not the last 48 hours yet.

But I would agree they could have added more hype with updates and faking (increasing) the SG funding amounts so there wouldn't be a gap to the 50k mark! 🐱

Thanks! Actually, all processes are working pretty well now. Shipping works fine (20-30 days to the US, 15-20 to Europe, 30-40 to Australia and NZ). All the best materials are available for a normal price (cast resins, UV-resins, silicones, and paints). Yes, the geopolitical situation is absolutely awful, but our miniature world is still in peace.
We have a huge drop in sales (50-60%) , and it seems that people just worry too much about the geopolitical situation considering Tiny Furniture miniatures. It's the main problem for us now.

Some sculpts from the campaign. I know what I'm gonna paint first.

And this guy's one of the SG's from the core pledge!

TF has started shipping, but I'm still seeing they're accepting Late Pledges. I think this SG is part of their Resin 4 190 EU pledge, which includes free shipping (you know how expensive that is). See the KS for clarification. TF is located in Russia, and they've reported a 50% drop in sales because of the war. If you'd like to support small businesses, this one led by the sister of a sister-brother team, and are interested in the miniatures, please see their KS page for a Late Pledge.
