Does anyone know how the flat terrain toppers (say the planks) compare to Wizkids's Unpainted bases? I love that style of base as it doesn't bulk up the figure when you glue an existing based figure on top of it. The problem is Wizkids doesn't sell the black ones anymore & I'm not a fan of the clear ones. I'd like to have alternate source if this was possible to do with that style. Flip em over, just glue the figure to the backside, done.

We hope you're all enjoying your summer (or winter for our friends Down Under). Today we're going to talk about how to use the Base Boss 2 Reaper Pledge Manager! Let's go!

 

How to Use the Reaper Pledge Manager (RPM)

 

EXISTING BACKERS

 

(For best results, view the Reaper Pledge Manager on a computer and not a mobile device.)

 

1.  Create an account in the Reaper Pledge Manager here:  https://bb2.reapermini.com/
Note that you will need to create an account even if you participated in previous Reaper Kickstarters. The Base Boss 2 Reaper Pledge Manager is separate from all other Reaper pledge managers and the Reaper website (www.reapermini.com).

 

2.  Find the email sent to you from [email protected] and click on the link in the email. The title will be: "Claim Your Pledge for Base Boss 2".  The claim link will look something like this: https://bb2.reapermini.com/claim/<some really long code here>.  Following this link will apply your pledge from the Base Boss 2 Kickstarter to your Reaper Pledge Manager account even if you used a different email address at Kickstarter and the pledge manager. If you no longer have access to the email you used at Kickstarter.com when you pledged or haven’t received your claim email, please contact [email protected]. For verification purposes please include both your KS Backer Name and KS Backer Number.

 

3.  Once you are in the Reaper Pledge Manager, confirm that your pledge from the Base Boss 2 Kickstarter was linked to your account by checking on the header section at the top of the pledge manager website for your pledge balance. It will appear underneath your logged-in email address.

 

 

4.  Start adding rewards to your cart! Select how many of each item you would like and note that your cart and a running total will be visible on the right side of the page. When you have completed your selections click on the checkout button at the bottom of your cart.

 

Some things to remember:

 

• You may check out multiple times.
• You do not need to spend your pledge credit all at once.
• You can pay additional for any items that go over your pledge credit.
• Multiple orders on the same account will be combined and shipped together when the fulfillment process begins. We will not ship multiple orders on the same account to different physical locations.

 

Shipping, VAT, GST, and Sales Tax

• Please remember that shipping charges are not being collected at this time for anyone.
• VAT and GST are not being collected at this time for the UK, EU, and rest of the world.
• We are collecting US sales tax where applicable.
• We will contact you when we get closer to the fulfillment ship date with a quote for your actual shipping cost. You may apply any leftover credit towards your shipping costs.
• We will email you a shipping invoice when we are ready to ship your order. After your shipping is paid your order will be put in the queue to be pulled and shipped. If the shipping cost is higher than you expect/wish to pay you will be able to pare down your order and use any leftover credit to pay for shipping.
• International customers: VAT and GST will be charged in the same email you receive for your shipping.

• Create a pledge manager account
• Click on the link in the email sent to you from [email protected] to add your pledge to your account (if you are a Kickstarter backer, skip this step if you are a late backer)
• Choose rewards. Check out.
• Verify your rewards using the “Order History” Link. https://b6.reapermini.com/orderhistory
• Shipping will be charged when we are ready to ship your order and you will be charged the actual shipping cost.

Finalized my pledge today. I went ahead & ordered those base inserts, hopefully I can use them as I intend too (flip 'em & use 'em like Wizkids bases). I have no why I picked up the regular ones as I have both sizes, in multiple numbers already.

Given that the pledge manager is still open and the estimated delivery month has come and gone. Yeah I'm guessing there's been a significant delay. Wish they'd just come out and say it though.

I don't care if there was a delay as I have enough bases but keeping backers informed would go a long ways. 

 

I know there have been significant events Reaper has had since BB was a KS, but yah updates would be nice.

Got a UPS notification from Reaper today & I haven't made a order (besides the one I made at the beginning of the month).

Would this be shipping already? If it is, that's super exciting!  I also got a UPS notification, but not from Reaper.  It didn't say where it originated...

Last I heard they were still working on getting the last of the molds made, while already-made molds were being used to crank out bases.  But we haven't had any news for two weeks and I'm not sure we will get a Reaper Live this week.  Given the circumstances I won't be surprised if everything is on hold again.
