I'm in for 25 right now, I may increase or lower depending on how I feel about the KS. Does anyone know if we need to make anther PM account for this one? I didn't see it if we were safe, if we have one from the last Reaper KS.

I'm always down for more bases, I just need bases that work for me. No updated small base? If so, that's a real shame. I'll continue using ones I get off the 'bay or elsewhere.

Give me some 25x50mm pill bases, and I'm down. They're basically nowhere to be found(and hey, maybe that's for a reason), but they're perfect for horses in D&D. 😄

(Yes, horses are technically Large creatures, and "should" be on 50mm round bases, but it just doesn't make sense half the time, and 25x50mm would be many times more practical!)

Just one example where 3.0 was superior to later versions of D&D.

I’m rather disappointed they are completely ignoring the RPG base line in this KS. Need 20mm for Halflings, and 4” for Gargantuan (and 6” for Colossal).

Pretty creative use of the base insert!

I'm more interested in base stamps nowadays, and keep kicking myself for not picking up the cheap Happy Sepukku texture stamps retail. I know the material is different than base inserts, but like to seem some inexpensive ones sometime.

I'm still curious if there's plans to support the full line of Infinity sizes for bases.  Sure they have 25mm and 40mm covered, but plenty of forces use 55mm and 70mm bases a decent amount (well, the 55mm ones, only Haqq uses the 70mm as far as I know).

EDIT: Currently in for $5, but we shall see how things play out with this.

See SKU 74050 in the reaper store.

I am kind of interested in the 28mm but this seems a bit expensive. $5 for 30 bases. Especially for a Kickstarter price. I just got 100x 30mm for $10 from Impact. And it’s not hard to find similar prices on Amazon or eBay. I mean it’s not outrageous but at the same time not really a big incentive to back. Same for the 3 x 100mm… I will just save my money for bones 6.

That's only one of them, and at the moment there's absolutely no mention of inserts being made for the 55mm base let alone 70mm.

Might well be easier for you to fill in a small insert or cut down a bigger one than for Reaper to make molds for every 5mm of base size.

Warlord makes them to put prone shooters on.  They are quite flat with no real sides.

I'm pretty underwhelmed by this Kickstarter.  I mean it's nice that they're expanding their range. But I think I'm still set from all the base add-ons I got in Bones 5.  Was really hoping there'd be some problem-solving additions like sprues of items for basing, and small oval bases for things like mounts.  There's just not a lot of NEW here that improves on the things I already have.

Base inserts are neat, but seem impractical when paired with a miniature line that's largely got sculpted on terrain.

The lack of any stretch goals kind of makes this a dud for me. Just nothing to really motivate me to buy bulk bases ahead of time, especially when Bones 6 is around the corner with more enticing offerings.
