Usually, the hole isn't even properly round. Boring, on the other hand is usually 'one point'. That is, one cutting edge going round and round and round. As long as the material around it is uniform, it will result in the same amount of backpressure and deflection all the time, and you get a round hole. Yep. Boring. When I refer to boring (when not discussing the technical aspects of my job that is) I'm talking about installing a pipeline or a pull through for utilities. And while they may use directional "drilling" for these installations, the resulting hole in the ground is typically referred to as a "bore" or "bore hole." Seems like there might be some overlap in terminology based on the industry making the holes.

Khatt was the one I thought hated men. Nope! He hated my ex boyfriend, and LOVES Grump! Caught some Fleggaard commercials. WTF?!

haldir
So only got to the 80s today!! Slept pretty well (but till 3ish this afternoon). Came downstairs & went into the garage for some painting. Knocked out a harpy (1 left! RAWRRRRGGG!). Also painted up a sweet old woman as well. Who is she? What game is she in? Is she friend or foe? Come Reapercon time, the players will find out! She is painted all in Speedpaints or Contrast. She is also preshaded with Nuln Oil before I applied the Sppedpaints. This really helps the colors, also helps its a metal mini & a nicely sculpted one as well.

Seriously, how did no one look at that picture and go 'well, you're fired' rather than let it go to print. 5

The answer is that at the time of publication comic book art was a quantity over quality job, and he turned in work on time.
