I repeat, worm sign! The spice must flow! We've had Cheerios Pumpkin Spice at the store for quite some time now. Thou, the boxes are still in the back. 😁 We do have Hocus Pocus 2 cereal. I will admit out of all the movie tie-ins, that one wouldn't have been my first or second guess a cereal movie.
Moderator Chaoswolf Posted August 19, 2022 Moderator Share Posted August 19, 2022 An old man with hearing problems crashed his car into a very expensive automobile. The owner of the expensive automobile jumps out and confronts the old man and says “Give me $10,000 cash or I will beat you to a pulp!” The old man replies, “Woah wait buddy, I don’t have that much money but let me call my son, he trains dolphins.” The old man dials his son as he is about to speak the owner of the expensive car yanks the phone out of his hand and says “So you train dolphins, well your old man just hit and damaged my car, you bring me $10,000 or I’m gonna beat the heck outta him!” The son answers “Okay, give me 15 minutes and I’ll be there.” In exactly 15 minutes, the son pulls up in a Jeep, three men jump out and beat the heck out of the expensive car owner. Meanwhile the son walks over to his father and says “Dad, I train Navy SEALs, not dolphins."

It's too cheap and easy to obtain from plants to even consider making synthetic caffeine. One of the discount stores around here sells Back to the Future and Jaws cereals, I'm not sure if it's very old or what. 7
haldir
Ok, I can now safely say, I can go to RCon now. I got the official word from the boss that my vacation time for Labor Day weekend had been approved. Granted, I will go back to work the same day/night I come back (Monday), but with it being a major grocery holiday + we have a center store aka grocery dept inventory that Weds as well. I figured I owed them or allowing to take the time off. Looking forward to seeing everyone new & old. Hopefully no one will suffer any problems coming down & on the way home this year. 9

I have vague memories of watching tv before falling rather fitfully asleep. When I woke up, it was Friday. Thinking back on it, outside of a few moments of clarity (although nobody here would ever mistake one of my posts for a moment of clarity, lol) I spent pretty much all of Wednesday and Thursday lying on the couch mindlessly watching tv in a half-conscious haze, punctuated by occasionally finding the mental energy to collect myself and go acquire food. This is quite possibly the first time in my life I've been hit by both a major migraine (when I get them, my migraines are generally the sort where they last about 8-12 hours and I'm still mostly functional) and a major depressive episode at the same time. Fortunately, Jack had already decided on Tuesday to leave his crappy temp worker assignment at the sweatshop industrial laundry place before he brainlocked for two whole days... haldir
Slicing goat & chariot stls, just anther Saturday afternoon here... Gathering up miniatures for the next chapter in Witchlight/Saturday D&D game. We were gonna play today, but I got a text from a player saying he didn't sleep well, so he felt it best not to go out today. I don't mind tbh, as the adventure I had planned today was thought of at the end of last week & then recalled again with a little extra this morning. The players have bargained with Bavlorna (the 1st hag the party meets) & she has allowed them free passage out of the realm, as she is going to use them in a plot vs her sister. The characters have secured their passage out of the Realm, but they now need a pilot for the balloon, they have one, just he needs motivation & his old head back! The guide is a scarecrow that refused to go or do anything till he is properly dressed! I changed the location of his stag head to a different location (was suppose to be inside Bavlorna's cottage) as I ran a side adventure with Agdon that involved a bit more to his hideout vs what was presented in the hardback. Inside that hideout was black dragon wyrmling. Well the bdw ended up having her own agenda & it didn't involved Agdon, so she bargained with the party, they live if they go do something for her (they are or were level 2 when this happened). So now they head back to the hideout to retrieve the skull from the dragon. How they will do that is up to them, but fortunately for them, nobody is home! (well besides the dryad that lives in the hideout (it is a huge stump after all!)). The party is friends with the dryad & she will inform them the dragon was tired of waiting for the party & has left for Downfall (the bullywug village/Bavlorna's cottage) & she has gathered what was left of the harengon brigands, including Agdon, who is not as strong as he was before, but he is still a formidable foe. When the party returns to Downfall, it'll be chaos with the dragon & harengons laying waste to the bullywugs. Some of the features of Downfall will be active as well, so for the PCs, they don't owe anyone in this village anything besides the scarecrow & possibly a bullywug knight they befriend, so best for them to find the balloon & get the hell out of Dodge! After that, onward to the land of Thither! (which reminds me, I need to make my glasses for that spider!)
