SparrowMarie
I have spent the last 3ish days filling out paint swatch pages. It is only today that I have put paint on the paper. Everything else was just writing down what paint goes where. I initially printed 20 copies of it but by yesterday I ended up printing another 20. (Reaper Core has 10 pages on it's own.) This will make my life easier. RIP to my old swatch system but it's so much more convenient. I still have about 10 blank pages left. I need to decide if I'm putting just mini paints in this binder or if I'm going to do the artist tube paints I have as well. I also think I have almost, if not all the paints that I wrote down. I may have added one or two I don't have that have been DC'd and won't know until I get close to being done. Good excuse to round up the paint and organize, shake, and, obviously, swatch. Other than all that things have been pretty quiet around here. We finally got some rain which is amazing, the wildfire smoke was terrible. This at least dampened it down a lot where I'm at. I am currently painting PC's for our online PF2 game. I want to finish all 6 (that's including my own) before the December holidays so I can get them sent out around then. Might wait until January now that I think about it... I've got a cat duelist who's player has very specific picture in his head about what he wants. Which is fine but it's been taking a lot of time. On top of that one there are 2 Kobolds, 1 Tengu sorcerer, 1 human fighter, and (mine) a dwarf fighter. And, except for myself (I'm going to paint it the same as my Bones copy), no one has given me ideas solid enough for me to run with it. I will inquire more tomorrow and hope that I get a few more inputs. Fingers crossed.

In my area it was a lovely day. 7 hours ago, Inarah said: It's the last day of summer here. Nearly 80 at noon, getting warmer. I should be out enjoying a walk myself, but I really want to be in the basement painting terrain..... Low 70s here, but under the sun it felt much warmer. With November almost here, it's probably the last truly hot weekend of the season. The perfect time for: 5 hours ago, Pezler the Polychromatic said: You can have some that we got today, except ours comes in the form of snow. Putting the snow tires on my RAV4. Since I don't have any power tools for it and a regular scissor jack, it took about 90 minutes, including some time to scrub out the caked dirt on the rims. My lower back and shoulders got a workout out of it. Edited October 24, 2022 by Cranky Dog

And besides, his car is a Suzuki Baleno estate (also known as the Cultus Crescent or the Esteem in other markets. that thing is just 5' tall. Normal people have to do origami with their bodies to get in behind the wheel.) Not even the VW Caddy we have at the office can fit those packages. (IKEA BILLY, boxes are 220cm long. Longer than the diaonal of the cargo gold of that orked machine). My Berlingo CAN hold them because its the 'MultiSpace'(5 seater), and I've taken out 2/3 of the rear seats. When I slide the front passenger seat forward all the way and fold it forwards, I have just enough length there. But my car is quirky... And my insurance lists and me as the sole legal driver. One of those 80wide/200tall BILLYs is destined for my kitchen, at least temporarily, just to hold all my freeze-dried goods.... 4 hours ago, Sylverthorne said: .. we managed to figure out how to wedge something like that into a Prius, and still fit two people in the car. Not a Prius V, mind you; the regular, standard issue Prius. I swear, that car was a pocket dimension, if you knew what you were doing. Suspect we'd have an easier time pulling that stunt with Hlín (Volvo), though. Hlín's a little longer... and if not, there's always the roof rack and rather a lot of rope. The BILLY bookcase I bought earlier this year (same dimension as yours) barely fit in my Toyota RAV4. I had to push the passenger seat as far to the front as it could. If I had a passenger, they would've had to sit on the rear driver side seat. Did I mention how surprisingly heavy a BILLY bookcase box is when handling it alone? Once home, I opened the box in my car and brought it upstairs piece by piece. More trips, but lower chance of accidents.

Great Khan Artist
I had my grandma over for Sunday night dinner. We had steak and stuffed potatoes. I baked the steak in the oven; sounds silly, but it worked perfectly. And now the house smells like MEAT! Whoever thinks the house should smell like pumpkin spice is wrong. Meat is much more welcoming. 5 1
SparrowMarie
Corn, bacon, and potato chowder to be made sometime in the next week or so. I used to put salmon in it but I don't trust the Walmart employees to get me a thing of fresh salmon. Also, the last couple of times we've had it with the salmon in it wasn't as good.
