The Trojan War. Three goddesses (Hera, Athena, Aphrodite) all laid claim to a golden apple at a god mixer party, which was supposed to go to the fairest of them. All the other gods had the common sense to stay out of saying who deserved it and Zeus sent the three to the mortal Paris for a ruling. Each goddess promised him things, he decided it should go to Aphrodite, who had promised him the most beautiful woman in the world, which turned out to be Helen of Sparta, and so forth.

Words. Breviloquent is the opposite of eloquent. Eloquent people speak beautifully and often at length, whereas breviloquent people like to keep it brief/concise.
