I got 3 or 4 notifications sometime in the last twenty-four hours. As far as I know I am only getting one box?

 

Maybe the notify subroutine is having conniptions or a Cryo tank purge.

I haz box!

I haz two boxen!!

 

(Ox + Ox = Oxen therefore Box + Box = Boxen??  That must be right…)

 

This at least somewhat explains the shotgun blast of emails that piled into my inboxen.  Does not explain why the emails turned up in two different email addresses (that must, somehow, be my fault).

I just got UPS notification of shipping to Australia, estimated arrival the 27th...

 

At least I'm assuming it's my B5.5 order, 10 lb box? 

 

I have a ship too.

 

I was literally 2 months or so away from getting out from under my mini pile, looks like I'm about to be deep in the hole again!

So, just as I feared, having received only one tracking number, Reaper failed to send my GitD pirate ship at the same time as the other items. Also, four other items were left out of the box I did receive. 
 

Already emailed the help email, but I fear the answers I’ll receive. There are folks on FB reporting being told ‘too bad’ as Reaper has run out of some items, including one of the items I didn’t receive.

I’m sorry to hear about your ship. I was told that they were “out of stock” on the core set which is pretty ridiculous imo. I know there has been logistics problems, but come on now.

Everything we ordered was theoretically supposed to be there, but yeah I received a reply that said

 

”Unfortunately we are currently out of stock of this item.  I can issue store credit in the amount you paid for our regular website or to go towards Bones 6.  Please let me know which you would prefer and I can take care of that for you.  Thanks!” 
 

I told them I was incredibly disappointed and I wanted a refund for both the item and the shipping cost I had already paid.

So I’m broccoli outta luck. No ghost pirate ship for me. Reaper won’t be delivering 4 items I ordered, including the GitD pirate ship. That’s $188 of my money (plus shipping) that they used as an interest-free loan for over a year.

Shouldn't be that long. Less than 2 days for me, earlier this week, twice. 
 

I would contact them again.
