These are for Bones 6, “for an expansion of some sort.” There are apparently two more crossbow men that will be added to this set.

Here’s another Bones 6 preview. A big, chonky, tyrannosaurus-stooped ‘Death Dragon,’ as Ron named it. He’s supposed to be big.  Not Ma’al Drakar big, but bigger than ‘what we call a pack dragon,’ whatever that means (way too much chatter by Ed & Dave; they kept interrupting Ron’s statement).  It’s currently being sculpted by Chris Lewis.

While showing a picture of Michael Proctor’s work in progress of the January Bones USA Gnoll Blackmane Ravager mini, Ron said ‘if you like that, be sure to check out Bones 6.’ So apparently Gnolls will be making an appearance in Bones 6 in some way.

Ron also implied some of the promo giveaways in the coming months will be hyping up Bones 6 in some way. Maybe the Bones USA mini of the month for Jan, Feb, March, and April will thematically tie into Bones 6 in some way? Jan was the Gnoll, and Feb is going to be an assassin.

This Minotaur is also a Bones 6 preview, of one of the expansions. ‘This may give you a hint of one of the expansions for Bones 6. ...We’re not doing a Greek expansion this time. He’s a lot more dungeon monstery...’

So... a Dungeon Monsters expansion? That sounds fun. Could be a grab-bag of skeletons, gnolls, minotaurs, trolls, orcs, goblins, etc.

That Minotaur looks like he's not allowed within 500 feet of schools.

Found some I had saved, that I assume will be coming in Bones 6:

This one was from a planned set of ‘3-tiered adventurers,’ which was originally a Ral Partha concept (?) where you have the same character in 3 different poses, with more/better gear in each successive one, representing a D&D character at low level, mid level, and high level.

Edit: Looks like my Facebook screenshot confirms my remembrance.

That expresses my first impression better than I could have.  I first assumed that it was dealing with an indelicate itch...

As some constructive criticism, I would do two things: first, trim the axe a bit and second, maybe move the left hand a bit further left closer to its knee (maybe possible, maybe not--depending on stage of development and particular demands of the individual sculpt/mold).

I hope we get the missing Earth and Water Elemental Scions.

Also:

"That minotaur looks like he lures kids into his Labyrinth with signs about free candy"

It's not just the hand placement, it's the posture and face for me too.

And I'm also not a huge fan of that axehead, but I can fix that myself 😉

There's gonna be a ton of Minotaurs in Bones!  I think there's been at least one every Kickstarter now.

I thought "Oh boy..." when I saw the minotaur, too. He needs repositioning before the final release. Unlike many people who bought loads for Bones 5, I'm excited for Bones 6. My FLGS announced to me that they won't be carrying Reaper anymore! because the shipping is too expensive. So I'm going to carefully consider what I am going to buy--the gnolls for sure. Maybe a dragon this time, I own exactly zero of them.

they haven't said, but I'd guess mostly in China although I think some pieces will be BonesUSA.. I don't think we'll see large scale US production until sioRes becomes a bigger thing and someone wants to invest in all the necessary equipment because Bones takes months of running at 24 hours a day

I’m just going to be backing for Bones USA stuff, then. That makes my choices and life a lot simpler, and more cost effective. I hope they have a BONES USA only pledge level.

Just based on the scale, I think they'd all be manufactured in China anyway, then moved to state side for post KS runs.

That was the impression I got.  Even after the upgrades, the Denton facility can't produce in the numbers required for a Kickstarter.
