Yes, my favorites are the insulated type. One I won at our city's Bicentennial celebration by guessing what the tools are that were on display.

This is probably just me but I find it completely crazy that we extract a limited resource from the ground, transport it, refine it, transport that product again, turn it into pellets, transport it again, turn it into bags, print a design on it, transport it one more time to the stores, use it once, and then throw it away. And nope, no favorites.

I don't have a favorite, it's just a bag and for larger quantities I use a foldable crate.

I'm with @Thoramel 100% on this one. I love food shopping and these are totally my fashion accessory for food shopping. I have lots that I really like: one with leaves for produce, one with snowflakes for frozen/cold, one with canoes--'cause canoes! But my favorite has Wall-E. How could you not be in love with that little guy? and the irony is perfect. 5

I like the large Dollarama "T-shirt" materiel ones because you can just ball them up, not like most of them. Also they are big enough to "usually" hold all my purchases from the FLGS. I'm also fond of the black Canadian Tire one we have that has "This is a green bag" printed on it.

Son Matt uses the reusable bags quite often. I rather like the paper bags; re, they are handy for recycling cardboard. 11 hours ago, Great Khan Artist said: 29 March: Do you use resuable shopping bags? Have a favorite? I've been using the same couple of nylon bags with strong webbing handles do do my shopping for about the last 20 years. I actually gave them a wash last week. They are looking a bit dilapidated but still fully functional. One of them I inherited from my mother, although I don't think she ever used it. I believe she got it as a free promotion from KitKat in the 1970s.
CashWiley
13 hours ago, Great Khan Artist said: 29 March: Do you use resuable shopping bags? Have a favorite? No. I was a responsible recycler of film plastic, and found a lot of usage out of the plastic bags, not to mention how much better they made the shopping experience. I also reused every bag at least once (trash liners, recycling cans from work, etc) before recycling (either at the can recycling place or at work where we have film plastic recycling set up). Since the move to charging for paper bags at the store, I buy less groceries overall. It's very impractical to deal with paper bags. And I bought my own plastic bags to use for liners and recycling my cans. I'm one large grocery re-stock from buying another box of plastic bags to keep in the truck...to use at the grocery store. I believe in science and the system, and both have let us down for such a universal need. 5

If these things (they are called T-shirt bags By the way) were any good at being bags it would be less crazy. 3 hours ago, CashWiley said: No. I was a responsible recycler of film plastic, and found a lot of usage out of the plastic bags, not to mention how much better they made the shopping experience. I manage to reuse a few as small trash bags but the city recycling program will not take-can’t cope with the wretched things. 3 hours ago, CashWiley said: I believe in science and the system, and both have let us down for such a universal need. The T-shirt bag (that I believe you are describing as film plastic?) is the absolute worst bag ever devised by any human anywhere in the 50,000 year history of making bags. Seriously, Ogghma the cave gal made that first bag out of nine scraps of fur and leather. She stitched it together with thin strips of sinew and she showed it to Ogg the caveman. She was not the wife of Ogg or his brother Ogg, no she was married to their other brother Oggg. She made it so Ogg could carry extra ammo (rocks) for his brother Ogg who liked to hunt by hurling rocks at things, but he was always hampered by not being able to carry more than two rocks (ammo). Her husband Oggg only liked to fish, so he didn’t think bag was much use, but Ogg and Ogg managed to bring down a lot more game once they could carry more ammunition. And thus the proud history of bag making began… Ogghma would be so disappointed by the T-shirt bag.

I have a bunch of them, but no favorite. Most of them were store promos you got for free, a few I found left over from previous tenants, and only one from a FLGS.
