Choose your Vedma carefully to lead your Coven of 15-25 creatures into battle against your opponent. Smite your enemies with thunderbolts, bend them to your will with a whispered word, twist the very forest around you with the movement of a hand, or summon fell beasts from the beyond and hope your control over them lasts long enough to fulfil your wicked schemes. Something wicked this way comes.

 

Got another interesting (IMO) Kickstarter starting later today.

They've been putting out a lot of freaky artwork, not sure how much is going to be translated in to minis yet though.

I'm in for a set of witches.

I'd like the book too, for the artwork, but I can't justify spending that much on something I'd look through once.

They've had a bit of a re-think and are going to relaunch in the future with a lot more minis upfront.

I'm interested to see what minis they will add to the relaunch, looks pretty cool...

I think it's the right call. It seems like a setting where playing with mostly generic stand-ins would feel off, plus more miniatures could draw in more backers looking for the non-generic vide of figs, but not overly interested in the game.

These terms refer to the same form of gambling. Pokies is an abbreviated term for deceased slot machines, and most people use them to enjoy slot machines in Australia.
