GoldenPiggy
I was trying to think of everything that has been teased but not officially shown in the Kickstarter yet. When I started making a list, it occurred to me that there is A LOT of stuff that we have seen that has not yet appeared to be unlocked. (I'm only counting full pictures and concept art, no vague comments or little partial pictures.) Here's what I can think of, in no particular order, along with where they said it would appear, if anywhere: Giant Crayfish (Denizens of the Dungeon) Two Wyverns (Denizens) Yeti (Denizens) Wadjet (Lost Tombs of Hakir) Immolating Effigy (Hakir) Desert Dwarf (Hakir) Pehti-Mau, Barbarian (Hakir) Skeletal Hounds (Denizens?) Stirges One lonely Goblin (I would expect there are more) Imp (shown early with the red panda and mini-griffin) Storm Giant Queen Gargoyle (technically a partial picture, with Sir Forscale) Three Pigman Butchers Deep One on Throne Salamanders Crystal Egg on giant hand Otyugh (just shown in the latest update) What am I missing? And can we expect to get to all of these? Or will Reaper release them anyway, since they have already been designed? 7

I personally don't think we'll hit 10k backers for the second barbarian figure, and $1.6mil is my guess for final amount. As a veteran backer I'll bet you lunch at Reapercon that we top 2 million. 43 minutes ago, Corsair said: All these things are being reflected in the lower enthusiasm and spending allowances. My feeling is that the lower enthusiasm is a more general fear and uncertainty. The job market is booming, but so is inflation, and until it settles down people are being tighter with money. One bright side is that for backers who put in at least $10 right now, they have until the end of the summer, maybe the end of the year to add to that if circumstances improve for them. 4 minutes ago, Chris Palmer said: Tease in latest Update. Is that unusual enough?! 😆 It looks like something I can drop into an aliens vs space pirates game, so yeah.

Hm…mixed thoughts on this guy. Too small for me and don’t like the crab legs but everything else looks great and been wanting a reaper not otyugh for awhile.
cawatrooper
One thing I don't like about Kickstarter is how it isn't friendly to a budget. I bought in almost entirely in Bones V by the end, but I did so in the Pledge Manager over the months after the campaign ended, having only put in a dollar for my initial pledge. So, even though I heavily supported the project, my contributions did almost nothing for the campaign itself. Especially frustrating is stuff like Tomb of Hakir. I'd love to see an Egypt set... but if it's just gonna be full price for a third of the set, why back for that? I get that there are logistics that rely on this, but the fact remains that not all of us are able to drop hundreds all at once on something like this, especially in today's economy. I hope we see more stuff unlocked soon, because there are definitely some things in Bones 6 I'm still excited for... but man, maybe a different platform would be better for next time? Any thoughts on what could work better? Edited April 26, 2022 by cawatrooper

The Lost tombs... it has been said that either they will just release the whole set if it doesn't fully unlock, or the price will be reduced. He's referring to the fact that if you spend thousands of dollars in the pledge manager, it doesn't help unlock anything in the initial KS campaign. If the 7600+ of us who already pledged only put the $10 minimum in to lock in a chance at the pledge manager, we'd only be at around $76k. So it means that people have to pledge hundreds.

Ah... well I think that has more to do with the world economy than Reaper... I mean... I spent nearly $1000 on Bones 4... far less on 5... But if I were to do that in 6... It would not be all at once as I have to weigh being able to afford gas for my car... and the kids school, and food vs unlocking stuff... :) So thankfully the pledge manager and being able to add to it there exists... :) Edited April 26, 2022 by Smokestack

I think that Salamanders and the Egg are part of the same Legendary Tale. From the post by @ksbsnowowl: names of Legendary Tales, I could not find any better list, not sure if there was a better one: Egg of the Phoenix: Will have the 3 Salamanders previewed on the first page of this thread. It will have a sort of ‘Arabian Nights’ feel. Will be composed of the salamanders, a guardian of some sort (I got the feeling of ‘guard dog’ in concept, but maybe a draconic beast of some sort?), the titular Egg, and some heroes. This one is complete, so is likely to be the first revealed as a stretch goal. The Unholy Sanctum of the Demon Prince: Designed by Max Dunbar. Will only be concept art; they haven’t had time to get it sculpted yet. 😢 The Lost Temple of the Deep Ones: Bobby (Jackson?) is still in the midst of designing this one. It's not Reaper or world economy. It's the Kickstarter format with just about any creator who allows adding funds in a pledge manager post Kickstarter. Right now, because of the world economy it's felt a little more keenly. Sadly, i don't think there are really any easy ways around it.

Looks like a "close enough" version of a Xorn or Otyugh to avoid copyright issues (not sure if either of those are WotC copyrights), just like how every miniature company not named Wizkids has a Not-Beholder in their catalog

It's not the everythingallatoncerightnowomg!! method, but it does fit your situation better.

ksbsnowowl
The Legendary Tale that isn’t in the above list was Feast of the Slaughterwaulers, which wasn’t mentioned at the time I made that list. It was later posted (by Reaper_Jon?) on Facebook. Edited April 26, 2022 by ksbsnowowl 3
