Ok, now that I can see the pic a little bit bigger, I can see those. Looks great otherwise.

 

Look at it this way, with the 2 year wait. Reaper can always use Bones USA for patron minis. Build up the tavern, while everyone waits for the expansion.

Well this should be outside the expansion in the Green Griffin extras add on.. so maybe there will be more there you want?

One of the problems with wildly successful Kickstarters is that the behind the scenes operations don't scale well beyond a certain point, and things get expensive after that.  You'll eventually get to a point where you can improve your resources (labor, space, equipment, etc.) and that will start working back to your efficiencies again, but you don't want to be caught too far above or below those sweet spots.

Logistics is a good reason to aim for smaller Kickstarters. Honestly, if that's what they wanted with this one, I think that is reasonable to say up front. It is easier to manage space and people and time with less items to juggle, then do it again in a few months. Not sure how that jives with the shipping from China, but on their end it is very understandable.

They hold a special place in my heart because they're very selfless creatures, who sacrifice their own gains so that others may live safer lives.

I loved the Half-Orc Doxy, my only issue was I felt she was scaled a little small.  I'm hoping her sister doesn't have the same issue.

I think this is the kind of model a lot of people were asking for. The pose is fun and dynamic and it will add good energy to any scene or tabletop. I'm pledging for this and hope we'll see more like it.

Totally agree with both of you. 

I know when I looked into doing my own Kickstarter, I realized early on as I was running the numbers that there was a certain point at which success would create more problems than the money could easily solve.  And that was just for something that was basically just a deck of cards.
