At this point there will be no credits or refunds, except maybe in unusual circumstances.  You've paid what you pledged.  Now is the time when you pick your rewards.  They won't run out of things because every item is being made to order.

Based on comments I saw in chat, once you check out you're done.  You can't reopen it and add stuff.  Or remove it. They may "fix" that later, because there was talk of the PM being open until late this year or early '23.  No final date has been set yet.

No word on add-ons or extras in the PM, other than a comment by Ron saying that last time they did that much later in the process.

There is a comment on KS from ReaperJon that says you can add items after you have checked out.  Also, the refund policy on the KS says they will offer refunds, minus the 10% KS fee.  But that wasn't my question anyway, it was whether I could remove something from my order after checking out, which I assume can not be done.

I guess I'll wait until things are clearer before checking out, though.

Glad I didn't check out today. I was about to. Considering Considering that would be a change, it would be a good idea to have that clearly visible in the actual pledge manager.

Also it would be confusing with the orders tab, which suggests multiple transactions.

I'm not sure that you meant this the way that I'm reading it and it seems the way that other people are reading it, so I want to clarify that this statement as I understand it is not correct.

This pledge manager functions mostly the same as previous ones - once you close out (aka "lock in") a single order, at this time, that single order cannot be changed. That does not mean that any unused credit is lost. If you wish to make a new order, all you have to do is go back into the pledge manager and add more things to your cart and you can check out as many times as you like, just like in the previous pledge managers. If you look in the Order History after checking out, the top section is "All Rewards" and then when you scroll down beneath that it lists "Your Orders" where it will show you the individual orders you have made if you choose to make more than one.

Not being able to remove items that you already checked out for (aka "locked in") is no different than previous pledge managers. Check out with the items that you're certain that you want, hold off on things that you're on the fence about for a possible later additional order.

The difference here is that 1. you need to click the link in the email you receive (titled "Claim Your Pledge for Bones 6") in order to link your kickstarter account with the pledge manager account. If you skip this step, it will take you to the late backer version of the pledge manager with higher than kickstarter prices. 2. The shipping will be assessed and charged at a later date closer to fulfillment.

There is a FAQ associated with the pledge manager which is here and may answer some other assorted questions: https://b6.reapermini.com/faq

If you have not yet received your Bones 6 PM email, that is not a reason to worry yet - they have not yet sent out a kickstarter update at this time, as the pledge manager is rolling out slowly so that bugs can hopefully be caught now rather than later.

Edit: guindyloo beat me to it.

Pledge manager basics tips and tricks.

I see a lot of questions here and on discord so here's a rundown:

1 wait until you get the email for the pledge manager and then make sure to sign in or sign up with that email address. If you goto checkout early (before your email is linked or with a different email than you used for Kickstarter) then you will pay higher late backer prices

2. It doesn't matter if you picked core set or addon/pm access In KS. Your entire pledge amount just counts as credit for the pledge manager. Add whatever you want now and and either keep the leftover credits for later or pay the extra you owe (not including taxes and shipping)

3. Once you checkout you cannot remove/change those items. You can add more and checkout again. Each "order" will be lumped together and ship together.

4. You will not be charged tax or shipping yet. You will need to pay those later when your order is ready before they will ship it.

5. While the pledge manager is open you can change your address from the settings link at the top of the PM. I'm sure it will be easy to change your address after the pm closes until they ask you to pay for shipping.

6. You can get in if you didn't pledge on Kickstarter but the prices are higher.

7. Is there any benefit to checking out now instead of sitting on my items and waiting for power ups waiting to pay extra etc? Probably no benefit to you personally except for budgeting/spreading out payments, but it does give reaper valuable information on what is popular and might possibly influence power ups.

Let me know if I missed anything big.

Just tried the PM...

Didn't pick the Core set, though, just a bunh of other stuff.

Item Total: $148.00

Pledge Applied: -$125.00

Total: -$102.00

huh?

Yeah I had a weird thing too - check out $84, initial pledge $75, total coming out as -$66. Huh? Same on the confirmation email.

Whoo, got my PM email, and got it all sorted out.  Someone mind fixing the scaling of the site though?  It isn't even using a third of my screen's width...  It would also be handy for contents of the sets to be listed and/or showcased as well.

Still not sure what I'm getting yet, since most of my pledge will be consumed by shipping costs...

I have various reasons for why tabs are open - usually I'm looking into this or that.  And no, that space is not used at all, over half remains empty once something is added to the cart.  If one were going to hardlock it to the width of a smartphone screen the least that could be done is center it, or better yet, have it dynamically adapt to your screen resolution.

We had such features in the Bones V pledge manager, so I'm curious why they aren't here in the Bones 6 PM.

I believe Reaper doesn't like it if people use the pledged amount for shipping.

It was more a reference to "shipping is gonna be at least $25 anyways" kind of thing.

Those of you who have negative amounts in your pledge manager: That's the amount of credit you have to spend. This is what you were charged for when the kickstarter ended. Once it reaches a positive amount, you owe Reaper more money. Not sure how being in the red works yet, might have to be first to try it.

Those of you getting an unexpected negative number as your balance, please send an email to [email protected] with the totals like you posted here and also your general location. If you proceeded with the checkout, include your order number. Do not send any attachments unless he requests that you do so.

This should be fixed now. If you're still having issues, send the email.

This info should be coming as they get things printed out and finalize sizes of things.
