GETTING TO KNOW YOU APRIL 2022

 

The rules as they currently stand ( we all know most of you rebellious lot will ignore most of it, but one can try)

 

1. Every day, or so (unless I am out or ill or something) I will post a question.

1.5. Should I be unable to post a question for the day a crack team of deputy quisitors, former quisitors, and random forum members are all chomping at the bit to step in and post one... 

2. In theory there is a 24 hour span to answer that question before the next question is posted.
2.5. (Rule 2 is the most frequently ignored rule.)
3. Questions are going to be posted between 8:00 hours and 12:00 hours CET. ( Central European Time)
4. Everyone is encouraged to suggest future questions to be posted via PM to me... 
5. You do not have to answer every question to play...
6. If a question is TMI or N/A simply wait for the next question.. ..or post that you decline to answer (clues regarding why can be fun...unless TMI).
7. Weekend questions will usually take the form of two or three day quests, starting on Friday or Saturday.

 

Addendum One: Those who fail to comply will automatically be enlisted in WOOF!!! Your yearly contribution to WOOF will be charged from your card or bank account monthly for a small fee of $1000 in your Nation's currency.

Indifferent at this point. I used to love it, but I guess I'm getting boring as I get older.

It has potential for fun, but, for me, it never has been more than another day in early Spring.

I would dearly love to wear a jester's costume though.

Mostly another day, but I do enjoy the acrobatics some companies go through to do their pranks.

Fairly indifferent.

I like seeing the effort some folks put into their pranks, but most are pretty meh.

I used to enjoy ThinkGeek and their playful shenanigans, but as for anything else... 

 

Yeah, really not a fan of it.  Way too many people pull really stupid stunts or try to lead you on when you're just trying to do your job.  Not really looking forward to going in to work today.  I go to work to work, not deal with children.

I haven't seen a good prank in years, so fairly indifferent. Harmless pranks I have no problem with (like companies that post something on their webpage) but if it's a prank that nearly gives me a panic or heart attack... well, that is just mean. Some people take it too far.

Though I can appreciate well thought out pranks, or those that companies do as lighthearted fun. But I'm mostly indifferent to it in my daily activities.

I'm indifferent to it myself.

I can appreciate a good joke/prank but like mentioned by others usually it is either childish or annoying.

Also..I tend to forget it's April Fools.

there's a very small number of people who do fun stuff with it. but mostly I dislike it.

These days I'm more or less indifferent to it. Though in the past I was a big fan of it. Not because I liked to prank people myself, but because in some of the places I worked I was able to get others to do the pranking. For instance, at one of the factories I used work at I would find the person most likely to try pulling something, give them an idea for a prank and who would be best to target with it and then watch from a distance. Then an hour later I'd go up to the pranked person and give them an idea for some harmless revenge. Do that enough times and by the end of the day you'd have whole departments fighting to outprank one another. Those were fun times.

 

Now my office is at home and my only coworker is my wife. Kind of hard to convince her to prank her self.
