At the end of my weekend (Monday at 6:30am) I only have two more shifts to work before I am done with the current job and get to start my new one on the 11th.

I plan on getting some painting done whilst Husband goes to play board games with a friend today (Saturday). Tomorrow I'm probably going to continue painting or just chill all day. Highly depends on how much I get done today.

Well, normally D&D this morning, but one player (Bryan Syme) had to cancel for today to try & catch up with work.  Most likely will try & do some clean up around here. I might even attempt to mow the front yard. Unlike allot of places in the states, winter is dead & gone here, for the year.

 

I will try & print all day as I need to print some figs for my Weds night game - Yuan-ti type creatures!!

1) Sleep in--check, got up at 7 which is an hour and a half past when I normally get up.

2) Reading

3) Painting

4) Wearing out my F5 key on the KS page

5) Going to play D&D tomorrow.

6) {Not necessarily looking forward to this, but it needs to be done} Chores--laundry ( already in progress), and grocery shopping (later today)

It's been a long week, so resting is in order. Also, crouching above Bones 6 Kickstarter and leering at it like a hungry vulture looking to spot a delicious morsel.

Youngest who's studying in Norway has sprung a suprise visit on us, she'shere for the weekend.

So spoiling her is one activity.

Her boyfriend and some friends came over.

We attented a synchronised Swimming Contest today, Oldest Vixen's group came in second!

 

And yes...the spelling was deliberate😀

Also...I wonder how many have read the fine prints....welcome to WOOF..

I was looking forward to gaming with friends, but my signature-required prescription is being delivered a day late, so it looks like I'm going to be at home doing laundry too. 

 

Got some Stargrave terrain to paint up and I am eager to get the blisters open for Tweed Tincup and Kobzar, and get those started.

Recovering from a great week with one of my nieces and 4 kids plus another g'niece! Then getting the truck cleaned up for a trip we take later this week to go to TN for a short vacation with another nephew and his family.

Was hoping to get some painting done but...  We have sooo much moving of stuff to do prior to some major house renovations so that is filling my weekend instead, while I slowly recover from the Rona...  😷

Going back to the April Fool's thing for a minute, I find it to be extremely annoying that news agencies think it's a good idea to publish a fake story on April 1. I've read several such in the past couple days and I don't find it funny in the least. Quite the opposite, actually.:grr:
