Thanks, everyone. Looks like the vultures were a surprise hit. 😄

By the way, to anyone prepping this guy for painting - I'd recommend painting the giant's lower legs/feet BEFORE you glue down that vulture that stands between the giant's feet. Having him there doesn't make painting impossible, but he DID get in the way quite a bit.

      Greetings!

Here is my War Mammoth from Bones V.

This took me what seems like an eternity to complete (I think I started it in winter 2021...). Being a big beasty, I had endless problems with paint rubbing off because I had to handle him a lot (and also, I opted not to prime him...🤦‍♂️) so I was forever doing retouches. I also should have probably painted him in sub-assemblies. Anyway, here he is, ready to stomp, crash & paaaarp!

      Thanks for looking!

Just some bulk skeletons...nothing special. The spears were pretty bent when I got them. I worked with them a little to straighten them out, but figured I wouldn't spend too much time driving myself crazy (these were cheapies, after all 🙂). The detail on these guys is fairly soft, but they get the job done on the table.

Sorry for the quality on the group shot. Wide shots aren't my camera phone's specialty.

I hope everybody is a ok.

Painted this one a couple of weeks ago. Good fun painting a model well cast.

The last of my June projects done so far and the last of the three fighters I had primed for the month.
