Almost certainly all in on this project.  The terrain looks like it was made with usability in mind, they’ve begun shipping ahead of schedule on both their previous projects I’ve backed and the inclusion of gridded neoprene mats is killer.  A number of pieces in here piggyback nicely on items from bones 6 as well.

Here’s hoping for a ridiculous pile of stretch goals like before.

Just got my shipping notice for their last kickstarter, so I'm likely in for at least a little bit of whatever is in this one. Their dungeon stuff has seen quite a bit of use around the table so far. And from what I can see in the previews I suspect that this terrain will get just as much use. Especially that swamp set.

Gonna be expensive. Made in China, per Archon's AMA.

Guess I'll see how many SG's they have. Wonder if this will end up more like Rampart 3 (expensive, not as many SG's) than D&L3.

OT: And remember... June 3rd is Donut Day! 😄

Oops -- 14th of June from the Archon AMA.

Big ruckus on Gamefound and Dakka about the prices. I'm on the side to get rid of the mat or replace it with a paper mat (3x3 for miniature skirmish games).

DaveC on Dakka took some screenshots of an Archon AMA.

EDIT: Remember to Follow on Gamefound for a freebie miniature. : https://gamefound.com/projects/archon-studio/encounters

It is a bit on the expensive side, going to have to see how it pans out. The swamp set piques my interest, but I already ordered a bunch of 3D swamp stuff as I expect my party to go there soon. I like the style though, can't wait to see what other options they offer

The number of sets I'd get would definetly increase if I could get them without the map. I'm pretty heavily invested in the Loke Map Books, and I'd like to use the terrain with all kinds of maps, not just their battlemat.

Looking forward to seeing the Land of the Giants set, could be super interesting and unique. Woods and swamp are definetly common in most RPGs and would see a lot of use based on that, but people might have terrain for that already.

Oof.  Prices are definitely looking like they're going to be a bit higher than I hoped.  Might have to be less 'all in' than I thought.

Still really like the idea of the mats although I wouldn't be opposed to those being a add on for those who want to stick to just the terrain.

Hard plastic minis are definitely made in-house in their Polish factory.
China was doing their PVC minis for Masters of the Universe board game. Not sure about the game mats.
