I'm regularly talking in Major Mini Shenanigans, so I suspect that's a yes.  I used to do Hangouts, but I can't hobby and voice chat, and as for the official Discord... Too busy, too Chaotic, and way too strict on rules and especially nuking whole swaths of conversation from above with no warning, notification of rules, or yeah, no warnings.

Eversince I started my new job last year, my spare time for Reaper has gone way down (but is still valued). By the time all my other activities are done, it's either already pretty late, or the hangouts are empty.

 

I used to pop up on Discord for some live group painting. And I still visit the Twtich channel from time to time (assuming I don't have a game or other event at the same time). Overall, live F2F socializing has got the upper hand.

I concur with this —the underlined parts particularly. 
 

Reaper’s official Discord has a bad  Signal to Noise ratio.

I did hangouts when it first started but find my paint schedule does not align with others.  I participate in RCL but don't hang out there.  It's hard to have a discussion unless you create a private channel and stuff vanishes way too quickly to be useful.   I've seen the FB channels but don't use them, and again stuff vanishes too quickly.

I've posted on the RCL section of Discord. And I can sometimes be found chatting on the Twitch streams. But that's about it. Never checked out a hangout. Don't know what that is or if it's something I'd enjoy. I also didn't know there was an unofficial Discord.

I did hangouts a couple of times. My internet was really bad at the time (it's still bad but not as bad as it was then) so I didn't do it again.

 

I'm in the Reaper official discord as well as the unofficial one. I am much more active in the unofficial one though. The official one goes way too fast for me and I cannot keep up unless someone pings me specifically and even then it's hard sometimes. When I do participate it's usually for the challenge league, which I haven't done in a while.

I don't like the way chatty apps work, not my jam. Most people I used to know from forums are on discord now, so I've moved on from most of the communities I was involved with. I do a bit less stuff on the Internet with every year that passes, and I don't miss it.

I have to a small extent, but my schedule is shifted a bit compared to most people so hangouts was pretty empty when I dropped by.  Discord isn't really my thing.  I can get some useful stuff off of twitch, but I generally feel like there is too much time wasted in the live formats.
