OH YEAH! No gaming, but I did some painting, sculpted a few mushrooms including a personable one, & made a Labyrinth style doorknocker.

Saturday stopped into the FLGS to get the new Travellers Player's Guide for the new campaign we are starting Tuesday.  Sunday made a few new characters to check out how.

Knowing myself, it would probably take me a while to even realize something went wrong, yet be unsurprised.

I'm surprisingly diplomatic, so I'd help mediate in conflict resolution. Also, I grew up in the pre-internet age, so I know how to live without being connected 24/7.

I have not.

 

We had a late game last Thursday, and had to cancel Sunday's game (one of the player's birthday). But planning for another game this evening.

I got a tiny amount of painting done last night, but this weekend was the 50th anniversary of my city's volunteer run community festival (Comfest). So I spent the majority of the weekend volunteering at the festival and hanging out drinking beer and listening to live music with a few tens of thousands of my neighbors. Good times.

I almost gamed. 🙄 Chris Palmer and I were supposed to play Rangers of Shadow Deep, but I found, as we were setting up, that I had inadvertantly (or inattentively) left my character sheets at home, so we did a shopping run instead.

 

I did get some hobbying done, though.  The Muses granted me some inspiration to work on some 40mm semi-flat imagi-nations troops, following the game my son and I had with these guys last weekend.

Didn't game, but spent a lot of time and energy on the 3d printer.  Finally got input shaper done, abd I'm rather happy with what it does.  Wasn't fun troubleshooting I had the cable something like 9" too long but whatever, I got it to work which is what counts. 

 

Technically I'm still on my weekend, as I wound up getting today off as a surprise yesterday, but that's also why I keep a few vacation ndays handy - we rotate who gets the day off if there isn't enough work to justify all routes. 

 

But yeah, I finally have a decision on what colours I'll be slowly switching to on my Voron Trident, so I'm definitely happy there.  Going to go from sparkle Bright Orange with a sparkle Cloud Grey accent to sparkle Galaxy Black with sparkle Bright Orange as the accent.  I have to print spare parts anyways, so might as well work towards the desired colours.  As to why I didn't do such initially?  Galaxy Black was sold out at the time, so the printing service I went through couldn't get me the colours I wanted.

Zombies. Or maybe a near miss from a comet that showered us with magic/radioactive space dust. 

I survive by my wits, skills,  and common sense. 

I'm the scrounger. I'm also a very good shot, and have a fairly good sense of tactics, so I'm in charge of defense.

I am working my way through the Arabian boxed set. They're quite fast to paint. I finished the merchant yesterday and the girl the day before. I will post them in my Sandgrave topic when the whole box is done.

Yes, to the hobbying. My weekend was spent smoking various foods and tinkering with the 3D printer and a tiny bit of painting.
