Very serious judging of the very serious gummi painting contest

 

A third judge needed to be called in

 

The judges have decided the winners! 

 

First place is David Diamondstone, who painted a mermaid on the back of a gummi snake

 

 

Second place is @odinsgrandsonhe sculpted a hat from greenstuff and used a sugar packet for snow

 

 

Third place is @Dragoneye who took inspiration from the fact that she used a Coke can tab as a base/holder (the back is bubbles)

It has been determined that this will become an official Miniature Monthly annual thing. Jason Weibe has said he can totally sculpt a trophy for it.

Those horns are not terribly impressive. Maybe four feet tops?
 

Some do-gooder somewhere probably passed a law that laid down some limits for horns as hood ornaments. 
 

Back when I worked in the giant cubical farm, I used to work for a guy whose weekend job  was ranching. He had 80 acres and a small herd (12? animals) of Longhorns. 
 

The resident Bull’s name was “JJ”.  The wingspan on his horns was about 5 foot 9.  How tall are you @OneBoot ?  I’m thinking his horns were a little wider than you are tall.
