Man...I love that bear. So much variation and depth to the browns in the fur. It projects quite a bit of realism. The details are picked out expertly, as well. 

 

Ursula looks great, too (the design of her helmet is so cool, btw). You did a top-notch job with the nmm and skin tone.

 

I also think her hair looks great. However, one note I have is that the hair color and eye patch color are a bit too similar. At a glance, the eye patch ends up looking kind of like a piece of hair in her face. I'd have maybe gone with some slightly darker hair or a different color to the eye patch (perhaps red to bring that color up to the top of the model). That's just a small point, though (and it may just come down to color distortion in the photograph). This is an excellent piece.
