That's a really unique take on the monk's color scheme. I like it. Great color planning...with the darker-colored clothes being on the lower layers and the lighter-colored clothes being on the outer layers. The use of blue throughout also creates a nice sense of cohesion.

The ranger also has a nice color scheme that's apparently dark (with excellent highlighting, especially on the hood). Bringing that little shape from the quiver into the camo pattern of the cloak was a cool idea.

@Grand SlamAlways rich feedback.  Thank you!  I was trying to use the focal point style that pushes brighter colors toward where you want the eye to be.  Then using the color wheel to find a good triad or complement.  He's pretty loud for a monk, but i wanted to give this got a means to stand out on the table.  I also think Fall weather got the best of me and i went full on fall colors.

As for the elf, i had painted him a while back. I painted 4 of the elf squad similar, but this was my favorite of the pack, i just hadn't based him. The idea was make the 3 Rangers dark colors to blend in with the diorama and have the elf sorcoress stand out.  Obviously i never made the diorama, so sacrificing one for a friend's kid made sense.  The win on the mini was the leaf pattern on the cloak.
