Sparrow Paints a Bookish Dragon

I picked this back up today. I am very thankful for the color notes I have left myself.

Not sure the lining is showing up. Might need to go over it in a black or dark brown. I was using a mix of Ancient Oak and Walnut brown because I wanted the greenish shadow but I don't think it pops like I want it to. Maybe once I start highlighting the scales it'll be fine. Most of the visible lining is on the neck.

Wasn't aiming for Spyro on this one buuut it's leaning that way I think.

 

Horns will get darker but not sure how dark. Jury's still out on the beard...

Starting the highlights. The lining is really standing out to me now. Need to double check the scales on the face when I have fresh eyes.
